Job Description:
Raising of invoices, resolving invoicing queries
Monitoring client payments
Liaising with customers over the phone and via email in cases of late payments
Liaising with sales teams on any billing issues
Monitor staff expenses
Process supplier invoices
Create monthly reports

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organizational skills, time management & Attention to details
- Working experience 2+ years in a business environment.
- Excellent English Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type fast.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Project Management platforms)
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
- “Can do attitude“ is a must.
- Positive person.
- Team player
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Experience with a CRM or a task manager program for assigning tasks, e.g Asana (advantage)
- Touch typing (advantage)
