Certification
Certified to CYS EN ISO 17100:2015
ISO 17100 is the international standard for translation services. It defines who may translate, who must revise, and how the whole process is documented and audited.

Translation services — Requirements for translation services
Certification means an independent body has audited how we work, not just what we claim. Our workflow, linguist vetting and quality records are reviewed against the standard.
For regulated industries this matters commercially: procurement teams in medical, legal, financial and public-sector organisations frequently require an ISO 17100 certified supplier.
It also matters day to day. The standard forces discipline around terminology, revision and record keeping, which is exactly what keeps long-running multilingual programmes consistent.
What the standard requires of us
Qualified linguists
Every translator and reviser meets the standard's documented requirements for qualifications and professional experience.
Independent revision
A second linguist compares source and target for every project. This is mandatory under ISO 17100, not an upsell.
Controlled processes
Quoting, project preparation, terminology management, delivery and feedback handling all follow documented procedures.
Data protection
Client content is handled under confidentiality agreements and GDPR-aligned data-processing controls.
